After almost a year of #lockdown I have to admit to taking our garden a bit more seriously from now on! Apart from our local walks we’ve not ventured far.
That is pain across my face - looks like #touchrugby will be back 🔜 so time to get running again. I think I hide too much in my jogging. So pushing the pyramids in the park for 35 mins. It hurt. And my form was poor and I couldn’t honestly claim my sprints were 70-80%. Still first time 🤮 and a target/ base from which to improve😂😂
One of my favourite deliveries 🚚 my @puritionuk for the next few weeks. Highly recommended. Trying out a few new tastes/ flavours this time. The Bett root and chocolate sounds interesting 🤨
Just a short walk around the village today... observing how connected our village is for a new blog this week on #connectedcommunities and #15minuteneighborhood
Would normally be off to Wales with @commonsandlords Rugby for @seneddrugby - reduced to weights and gardening ahead of #sixnations
