– Was involved in reviewing this report and find the idea interesting. Guess most Heads claim they are doing it anyway, but clearly more emphasis on wellbeing rater than just exam results would be great! Health think tank 2020health and not for profit healthcare organisation, Nuffield Health have joined forces to call for the introduction of a Head of Wellbeing role across secondary schools to help combat poor physical and mental health and wellbeing – both in children and their teachers.
