Having a bit of a clear out over the next week or so... can across this @ukparliament charity football game and team line up from 2007 Where are they now ?

We needed to be in London for 24 hours.. early start for @the_bhf collection! Took the opportunity for our Friday 10k walk around our local area and a #brunch. Amazingly quiet again!

Not quite a @britishandirishlions call up but another great session with @quornrugby - sadly fined for not getting the Fancy dress memo!

How was your Bank Holiday Monday 😂?

It’s difficult to explain how much it means to me to be running around with @birstallrfc again. Having ‘retired’ I couldn’t quite tear myself away from 40+ years at the club. #touchrugby has been a nice way to ease me into finishing my playing days. Thank You! And a great way to stay fit as these MEPs @myzonemoves show weekly!
