Another day thinking, seeing and writing about the leadership needed in the sport sector. I kicked off with a potential MBA student @lborosbe for our Sports Management course. I am in the process of looking for the leadership required to take the S&RA into the future and finishing off an article for Leisure Review about leadership in our sector. I don’t have all the answer yet but it has certainly been a thought provoking time and not just about the style and people but what great leadership could mean for the organisations involved!
