Manchester United manager David Moyes is sacked only 10 months after succeeding Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford.
Whilst this seemed inevitable you could always hope that Man Utd would be different and give Moyes time. But it’s a rocky business model that needs European Championship football and the ‘global brand’ of success.
