I attended my first Board meeting of the Special Olympics on Tuesday http://www.specialolympicsgb.org.uk/
I have to say I was really pleased to be asked to help with the Special Olympics as I have worked with them in Parliament for a few years and was of course on the Board of the 2009 Leicester Games. There is an impressive group of people on the Board and I am both excited and humbled to be involved. Watch this space.
